Conditions for Order Cancellation

  • Unshipped Orders Within 48 Hours: You may request to cancel your order directly if it has been placed within 48 hours and has not yet entered the shipping process.

  • Orders Over 48 Hours or Already Shipped: Orders that have exceeded 48 hours from the time of purchase or have already been shipped cannot be canceled immediately. In this scenario, please wait until the carrier completes the delivery, and then contact us to process a return and refund. For further details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team by sending an email to assist@jalvierovyn.com or calling +1 (303) 648-4219. Please specify your request along with your order number and valid proof of payment so that we can verify and locate your order quickly.

  • Step 2: Our customer service team will review and process your request promptly. Once the cancellation is verified and approved, we will notify you of the result via email immediately and initiate the refund.

Refund Instructions

  • Refund Method: Upon confirmation of the order cancellation, a 100% full refund will be credited back to the original bank card (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used when placing the order.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing schedule of your bank card issuer, we estimate that the funds will arrive in your account within 1 to 5 business days. If you do not see the credit after 5 business days, please contact us for follow-up assistance.

Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any cancellation fees, processing fees, or restocking fees for orders successfully canceled prior to shipment.

Order Information Modifications

If you do not need to cancel your purchase but wish to modify order details (such as the recipient name, phone number, or shipping address), please notify us within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, information cannot be altered.
